It's This Time Of The Year Again!

Another January another year beginning with resolutions and the most popular one, it seems, is fitness (the gym regulars know what I'm talking about).

The first 3 months of the year is the worse time to go to the gym – it's packed! Don't get me wrong, I want people to exercise and feel better but they don't go in with the “winning” attitude. The “I'll try and see if it works” will make them quit before they see any changes in themselves.

So, if you are one of those people, please stick with it for the entire year! Heck for your entire life!
