Canada Day!

The 1st of July is a national holiday in Canada to celebrate the "Constitution Act, 1897" which united three colonies into a single country within the British Empire.

Canada Day was originally called Dominion Day but was changed in 1982-the same year Canada Act 1982 severed the vestiges of legal dependence on the British parliament.

Happy Canada Day! :)
