The Benjamin Franklin Virtues - 2. Silence

"Speak ill of no man, but speak all the good you know of everybody." -Benjamin Franklin

Silence is Self Control-It's to hold your tongue and think before saying anything you might regret.
Silence is Thinking-It's to sit down and meditate on the next step to take.
Silence is Listening-It's to shut your inside voice and focus on listening to the person who speaks to you.
Silence is Respect-It's a moment of silence to remember the people we've lost.
Silence is Peace-It's an absence of worry A.K.A inner peace.

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt" -Abraham Lincoln
