The greatest human inventions are, in my opinion, the below:
1. Fire [Edited - Can't believe I forgot about that]
2. Paper [Edited - Friend reminded me of this great invention that I apparently take for granted today]
3. Bread
4. The wheel
5. Cement
According to Wikipedia, bread as been around for 30 000 years and originated somewhere in Europe. The author of this invention is unknown but we still enjoy his creation today-30 000 years later.
Bread helped generations of human to survive and it's still one of our main food today.
