Living the Big Life

Living the big life doesn’t mean to put yourself in debt. Spending money that you don’t have to buy things that you don’t need just to impress people you don’t like is not living the big life. It’s pretending and at the end of the day, that’s not what’s important.

“Our souls are not hungry for fame, comfort, wealth, or power. Those rewards create almost as many problems as they solve. Our souls are hungry for meaning, for the sense that we have figured out how to live so that our lives matter so the world will at least be different for our having passed through it” -Harold Kushner
